We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Europe. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Guarantee

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at support@tryelvo.com within 60 days of receiving your order for a full refund. You do not need to return the product.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and software, is the property of Elvo Beauty & Cosmetic or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
