Delivery Time: Once fulfilled, standard delivery typically takes 4–12 business days.

Shipping Cost: FREE on all U.S. orders over $40. For orders under $40, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping to Europe
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to European countries with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery Issues & Support
We want your experience to be as smooth as possible. If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or building management. If it's still missing, contact us at support@elvo.com within 7 days.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Delayed Deliveries: While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to carrier factors (weather, customs, etc.), please reach out if your order is significantly outside the estimated window so we can investigate.
Order Changes & Cancellations
