Try any Elvo Beauty product risk-free for 30 days. We know you’re looking for real results, not just another promise. If you don’t notice a visible or visceral difference in how you look or feel, or if you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ll refund you in full. No questions asked.

You only pay for results. If a product doesn't work for you, you don't even need to send it back. Keep it, gift it to a friend, or toss it. We’d rather you try our solutions with zero risk than wonder if they will work for your unique needs.


How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at support@elvo.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and a brief note about why the product didn't work for you (this helps us improve, but it's optional).

  • We’ll process your refund within 2–3 business days back to your original payment method.


What’s Covered

  • No Results: The product doesn’t deliver the promised results or you don't notice a difference.

  • Formula Issues: The formula causes irritation or doesn't work with your specific skin type.

  • Personal Preference: You find the scent, texture, or application isn't for you.

  • General Dissatisfaction: You are simply not 100% satisfied with your experience for any reason.


What’s Not Covered

  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers (only purchases made directly from elvo.com are eligible).


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at support@elvo.com. We will send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund to make it right. Including a photo of the issue helps our team improve our packaging and service.
